We want you to be happy with Alpha50. Try the free day pass first to make sure it works with your setup.

14-day refunds

If Alpha50 isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

• Email support@cynth6.com with your order number, or
• Contact Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net using the details in your receipt email.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, sales tax and refunds. For help with Alpha50 itself, email support@cynth6.com.

After a refund

Your licence is cancelled, and you agree to stop using and delete your copy of Alpha50.
