Privacy Policy

CYNTH6 collects as little information as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Day pass: your email address, so we can start and track your 24-hour pass.
- Purchases: Paddle.com handles checkout and payment as our reseller. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We receive your email address and order details from Paddle so we can send your licence key and download link. We never see your full card details.
- Support: whatever you send us when you email support@cynth6.com.
- Website: our host, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site. Paddle's checkout may set cookies it needs to process your payment.
The app
The Alpha50 app you buy runs on your own computer. Your sounds, saves and settings stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Your licence key is checked on your computer, not on our server. The app loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when it opens. We plan to remove this. During the day pass, some of Alpha50 runs on our server, so the controls you move and sounds you import are sent to our server for that session only.
Emails from us
We email you your day pass, licence key and download link. If you tick the box to hear from us, we may also send occasional product news. Every news email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run CYNTH6: Paddle (orders and payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and email). We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@cynth6.com. For your order and payment records, see Paddle's privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
